Jumeirah Wave Business Towers - Dubai

Dubai-headquartered real estate firms, Aspire Real Estate and High Rise Real Estate, have launched Jumeirah Wave Business Towers, a Dh1 billion 3-tower commercial complex at Jumeirah Village, in South Dubai. The project consists of three 45-floored towers with glass facades, and covers 1.2 million square feet and 40 floors of office space.

“We chose to build the towers in Jumeirah Village because of its connectivity. It is positioned at the junction of three routes on Al Barsha Road and Al Khail Road with close proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road,” said Faisal Ali Moosa, Managing Partner, High Rise Real Estate.

Altogether, there will be 960 office units in the three towers, overlooking the lake of the park at Jumeirah village and Sports City. The development has been designed by Dimensions, a leading architectural group in Dubai. Dimensions has executed several real estate projects across the UAE like The Waterfront at Dubai Marina and the Abbco Tower in Sharjah. Construction of the towers will commence by the end of this year and the project is scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2008.
