Dubai Homeowners Association

United Arab Emirates' first elected homeowners association has been established in Dubai and duly represents the interests of all the homeowners of the Dubai Marina Phase 1. The newly formed Dubai Marina Phase 1 Owners Association has been created to stand for the interests of all homeowners in six towers and 64 villas located within the Dubai Marina Phase 1 - the exquisite cosmopolitan waterfront development.

Created by Emaar Properties the Dubai Homeowners Associations is first of its kind in the UAE. 'This is a significant moment in the rights of residents living in the UAE and we are very proud to be working with the Phase 1 Manager and Project Developer to represent the interests of owners,' a spokesperson said. 'We are very much looking forward to liaising with and reporting to Dubai Marina homeowners and welcome their views.'

Dubai Marina is one of the largest man-made waterfront properties in the world and is home to luxurious apartment towers, boat-berthing facilities, yachting waterways, shopping arenas and uninterrupted waterside promenades.
